Last month we presented our first Beacon Award to actress Eva Longoria and earlier this year we hosted the first Champions award luncheon, honoring those in the brand marketing ecosystem who champion diversity and inclusion every day.

At the event, in conjunction with our 40th anniversary celebration, we caught up with many of our Champions and asked them what it means that Adweek hosts events like these for  the advertising, tech, media and entertainment space.
