Tapestry, the multicultural unit of Starcom MediaVest Group, has promoted Marla Skiko to director of investment. In the new post, she will be responsible for multicultural media accounts for clients such as Allstate, Coca-Cola, Disney, Kraft and Kellogg’s. She had worked on the agency’s Miller Brewing Co. business, winning three Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies awards in 2002 for cable TV, television and newspaper.
