Stan & Lou Urges Lunchtime ‘Escapes’ To Alonti Cafés

Stan & Lou Advertising breaks its first outdoor work for quick-serve café Alonti today.

The Houston agency recently won the creative and media account of the crosstown client following a review that included undisclosed local and Dallas contenders. Billings are $500,000, the shop said.

Alonti, which operates in the business districts of four Texas markets, Chicago and New York, hired Stan & Lou for branding work. Its current positioning, “Fresh food fast,” had become too vague as rivals entered the market, the client said.

Stan & Lou is replacing the tag with “Escape the everyday. Every day,” which highlights Alonti’s unique food and encourages office workers to leave their desks for lunch, agency vice president Tammy Guest said.
