SAN FRANCISCO – Coleman & Christison, the St. Paul, Minn.-based advertising agency, said it had laid off six of it 20 staff members at its office here.
The office, opened 12 years ago to service the Blue Shield of California account, also includes among its Bay Area clients Independent Charities of America and St. Lukes Hospital.
Coleman & Christison was believed to have been one of four agencies that made it into the final rounds for the $12-million Blue Shield account.
