Separately, director Doug Breuer is stepping down, effective first-quarter 2003. Breuer will be replaced by Barri Rafferty, who has been director of the firm’s global brand marketing practice and an associate director in the New York office.

Rafferty is credited with developing the shop’s entertainment marketing services group and the Ketchum Sports Network.

Ketchum’s Atlanta office is the city’s largest public relations firm with billings of $19 million.
