DETROIT – Ross Roy Communications lost its $30-million Builders Square account last week, following a review that inluded three other agencies, to Fogarty Klein & Partners, Houston. Ross Roy is the main agency for Builders Square parent company Kmart, and at one time handled all but one of Kmart’s specialty retailers. Other contenders included J. Walter Thompson here, Admarketing/LA and Anderson Advertising/San Antonio.
