ATLANTA The two newest accounts on Rella:Cowan Advertising’s client roster are CMG Partners and The Raleigh News & Observer, the shop said.

The Durham, N.C., agency has developed a corporate identity awareness campaign for The Raleigh News & Observer that will target women ages 25-54, said partner and general manager Margaret Cowan.
