BOSTON Rockport said it has tapped independent Modernista! as its lead agency following a review of undisclosed contenders.
“We’re thrilled to have a new advertising partner as creative as Modernista! for the Rockport brand,” said client president Rick Paterno in a statement. “Modernista! excels in producing innovative and compelling creative, and I am sure that their work for Rockport will be similarly exciting.”
In 2004, Rockport spent about $7 million on ads, a jump from the previous year, when the company spent $3 million, per TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
