RDW Unit Advances Execs

BOSTON RDW Group said it has promoted Alen Yen and Glenn Morgan to key leadership positions overseeing the agency’s interactive operations here.

Yen will serve as president and Morgan becomes vice president of interactive services and business development, a new position. Both previously held the title of vp at iFactory, and Yen continues as its creative director.

“We are fortunate to have two very talented individuals in Alen and Glenn,” said Jim Pontarelli, president of Providence, R.I.-based RDW. “They will oversee the daily operations of RDW’s Boston office, managing a team of more than 40 employees, overseeing Web site development and client interaction.”

Boston-based iFactory merged with independently owned RDW in November 2004. The shop’s clients include Boston’s Museum of Science, Harvard University, Reuters Media and Yale Law School.
