ATLANTA Daniel’s Landing last week hired Rawle-Murdy Associates to produce a marketing program that will include advertising, Web, direct mail and public relations components, the shop said.
The Charleston, S.C., agency was selected after an informal review that included one other undisclosed shop. Daniel’s Landing, also in Charleston, is owned and operated by Madison Development Group of Colorado. The real estate company is converting 295 high-end apartments into luxury condominiums.
According to agency president Bruce Murdy, the challenge his team faces is marketing the resort-style property to a diverse consumer market.
