Five weeks ago, Mark Cranmer became CEO of Isobar, the digital network of Aegis Group, as part of a shuffle that saw Isobar CEO Nigel Morris take over from Sarah Fay as CEO of Aegis Media North America. Here, Cranmer speaks to us about his plans for building the Isobar brand, why creativity has been mostly an afterthought in digital, and what publishers need to do to thrive in a tough economic climate.
