Promotions at Dio

Dio, a York, Pa.-based strategic marketing firm, has promoted three employees. Rich Wiley has been named account strategy director, a newly created position. Wiley joined dio in 2002 as a senior account executive. Joe Easton has been appointed creative director. A former creative staffer at Arnold Worldwide, Easton arrived at dio in 2003 as a senior creative. Michael Metz has advanced to junior art director. Metz will be responsible for the visual creation of print, TV, interactive media and collateral material for agency clients.
