PJA Print Effort Brings Millipore to Life

BOSTON PJA has launched print ads for Millipore’s life sciences practice. The work from the Cambridge, Mass., agency supports the client’s latest offerings in the fields of drug discovery and protein research.

“Millipore is a leader in medical instruments, and is extending that leadership to life sciences,” said agency representative Mike O’Toole. “The life sciences market is a strategic focus for the agency, and Millipore adds to our roster of great brands in the space that includes IBM Life Sciences, Perkin Elmer, and InnoCentive.”

Campaign spending was not disclosed but is expected to be in the six-figure range. The ads will run mainly in specialty publications such as Drug Discovery Today and other scientific journals.

One print ad for the Danvers, Mass.-based client proclaims, “You’ve never gotten so much out of a filter before.” The product is shown “filtering” out impurities and yielding reliable, precise results for researchers.
