BOSTON Pioneer Investments has named Partners & Simons for creative duties on its ad account. DiBona, Bornstein & Random, which has crafted the client’s recent campaigns, continues to handle media functions for Pioneer.
“We’ve got a history in financial services and [this is] a tremendous opportunity to continue to build on that,” said Walter Mills, a principal at the independently owned Boston agency.
The Boston-based client spent $1.5 million on ads in 2002, down from more than $6 million the previous year, per TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
