Philip Morris USA is considering putting its youth anti-smoking and corporate-responsibility accounts up for review, the company said last week. The division of New York-based Altria Group spent an estimated $85 million in media last year on those initiatives. Publicis’ Leo Burnett in Chicago is lead agency for Philip Morris’ domestic and international accounts. WPP’s Young & Rubicam in New York handles some brands internationally for Altria’s Kraft Foods. They would likely be invited should a review take place, said a client rep.
