Pan Racks Up PR Wins

BOSTON Pan Communications has added seven new clients: infoUSA, IntelliReach, Novations Group, Omnify Software, Jones International University, Opticom and Novell.

The Andover, Mass. independent public relations firm will perform mainly media and analyst relations for each of the new clients.

Omaha, Neb.-based infoUSA provides sales and marketing support products for all types of companies. IntelliReach in Dedham, Mass., offers e-mail management solutions for corporations.

Pan will launch a national media campaign for Jones International University in Englewood, Colo., to generate enrollment for the first fully online, accredited university. Boston-based Novations is a global professional services company.

Novell, Omnify and Opticom, Pan’s three new tech accounts, are based in Waltham, Wilmington and Andover, Mass., respectively. (Pan works for Novell Extend, the Web services division of the company.) Omnify has tasked Pan with media relations surrounding a new product launch. Opticom was a Pan client in the late 1990s and recently returned.

The account wins reinforce Pan’s areas of expertise in the technology, professional services and consumer arenas, according to Mark Nardone, principal and vp of Pan.

The shop’s client roster also includes ATG, Kana Software, Edgewater Technology, Boston Acoustics and Nantucket Nectars.
