BOSTON Pan Communications said it has been hired by U.K.-based Eleksen to promote the company’s “wearable technology fashions.”

The independent agency in Andover, Mass., was engaged for its public relations experience with both technology and fashion clients. It will handle the stateside introduction this holiday season of the client’s ElekTek brand of clothing.

One of the first items to be touted is the client’s Kempo Jacket for iPod, a line of outerwear designed to allow wearers to control an Apple iPod via five button icons on the left sleeve.
