NEW YORK Omnicom Group is expanding its PHD media agency network overseas and shaking up its holding company management team at Omnicom Media Group.

The PHD expansion will take place across the Asia Pacific region, continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the holding company said.

The agency network’s expansion will begin in the fourth quarter of 2005, with most markets in Asia Pacific and Europe to be completed by early 2006.

As part of the OMG management expansion, Mark Amabile, previously OMD Worldwide CFO, is now OMG CFO.
