Executives at the newly christened Element 79 Partners said they will work hard to avoid the perception that they are merely a one-client shop working on $400 million worth of PepsiCo business.
“It is not our intent to be known as an in-house Quaker agency,” said Martin Sherrod, who will be the shop’s managing director.
However, agency president Brian Williams, who followed the business to the Omnicom shop from Foote, Cone & Belding in Chicago, said Element 79 will not entertain new-business solicitations until later this month.
