NEW YORK Ogilvy & Mather has established a global leadership structure for strategic planning by promoting its top planners in North America, Europe and Asia.

Colin Mitchell and John Shaw have become joint worldwide planning directors and Tim Broadbent is now global effectiveness director. Each reports to worldwide CEO Miles Young.

Previously, the New York-based Mitchell was chief strategic officer for North America and Shaw was group planning director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, out of London.
