Time Warner Cable awarded its ad account to WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather after a review, according to the company. Billings are estimated at $50 million. The New York shop will look to build the Time Warner brand as the company begins to offer a variety of video, high-speed Internet and phone services. The client said the business had been handled by several smaller agencies. IPG’s Deutsch and Publicis shops Fallon and Leo Burnett also pitched, the client said.
