Rawle Murdy has named James Briggs account executive. At the Charleston, S.C., shop, Briggs will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, strategies and plans for all agency clients. Briggs previously worked in a similar position at Hyde Park Communications in New York. Rawle Murdy has also hired Lauren Rafferty and Matthew Sheriff as account manager and production artist, respectively. Rafferty will handle the cooperative sales programs for the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism account.
