MTA Taps Korey Kay, Again

Korey Kay & Partners here is poised to win all ad duties for New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority, pending approval of the client’s board on April 29, confirmed an MTA representative. The 1998 budget is estimated at $10 million, the authority said.
Korey Kay’s contract will be renewed for three more years after the state-mandated review, which began last year [Adweek, Dec. 22, 1997]. The other contenders, which were required to be based in New York, were not disclosed.
