BOSTON Microsoft’s MSN Network today launches an online ad campaign in conjunction with American Honda Motor Co.

The effort is intended to trumpet the introduction of the 2004 model Accord, the companies said.

The effort includes interactive video scenarios (accessible at http://criticaldecisions.msn.com) or through MSN’s home page, Hotmail or MSN Messenger offerings. The vignettes attempt to engage customers by asking them how they would navigate through seven “transitional periods” concerning significant life events, such as buying a dream home, getting married or having children.
