California-360 Group, a full-service direct marketing company in San Rafael, appointed Donald Klabunde chief technology officer. He was previously senior vice president of systems and technology for Creditland in San Francisco. The shop also added John Brady as vp, partner de velopment. He comes from Nexgenix in Irvine, where he served as director of technology-enabled relationship management.

Stephanie Schweighofer-Jones joined San Jose wireless company ArrayComm as vp of corporate marketing. She prev iously led corporate marketing and branding initiatives at Borland and Logitech.

Steve Miller joined GCI Group’s San Francisco office as svp, technology practice leader. He has more than 20 years of experience with companies such as Oracle and Apple Computer.

Florida-Tampa’s The Lipphardt Agency hired Susan Belriner as public relations account executive, Carole Childress as account executive and Melissa Tiedemann as traffic manager.

Cristine Burkhart progressed to media planner and buyer at FKQ Advertising and Marketing in Clearwater. Thom Vanderklipp joined as vp and creative director.

Georgia-Sawyer Riley Compton in Atlanta hired Linda Hatten as director of busi -ness development. Previously, Hatten worked as Internet editor for The Home Depot.

Dan Weil was promoted to svp and general manager of the Atlanta office of Clarion Marketing & Communications. Weil replaces Jill Fallon, who was named evp and director of integrated mar keting services at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in Los Angeles, where she will continue to work with Clarion. The Reader’s Digest Association named Michael Geltzeiler svp and chief financial officer. He replaces George Scimone, who plans to pursue other opportunities. Prior to joining the Pleasantville-based company, Geltzeiler was svp and CFO at ACNielsen.

Trinity Communications in Media named Alan Rubin president and chief operating officer. He succeeds founding partner Sheila Alexander, who recently retired.
