She most recently was associate media director at Mason & Madison in New Haven. MAINE Jonathan Hutter has joined Garrand and Co. in Lewiston as director of account service. He had been account supervisor at recently defunct Holt, Hughes & Stamell. Regina Pistilli has been hired by Garrand as an art director. She had been director of external relations and publications at the Western State College of Colorado. Anita Schenk has come aboard as administrative and media coordinator. MASSACHUSETTS Rose Hunter has been tapped by Oak in Boston as traffic manager. Hunter most recently was with the former Houston Herstek Favat. Oak also has selected Donna Dunphy as production director. Dunphy comes from Fidelity Investments in Boston. Renfer Mayr Advertising in Lowell has appointed Tricia Enos and Nicole Perry account executives. Allen & Gerritsen in Watertown has tapped Sondra Libra as senior traffic manager and Lori Ann Romano as production manager. Jennifer Schiffl has come aboard as a media planner and buyer. BBL in Acton has promoted Carrie Gray to public relations assistant. Arnold Public Relations in Boston has tapped Alexander Hahn as assistant account executive. Hahn will manage the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Connecticut and western Massachusetts. He most recently was a community relations liaison. BBK in Newton has promoted Karen Courtney from marketing manager to associate director of business development and Stacey Minton to senior public relations strategist from publicist. Minton will help develop programs targeting medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Donovan Group in Northborough has named Steven Salloway account executive, Joanne Irwin traffic manager and Lisa Burke logistics coordinator. Burke was previously traffic manager at Ingalls Advertising in Boston. Irwin was formerly production and traffic coordinator with Consolidated Group in Framingham. Salloway most recently was account manager at Advertising Associates in Worcester. Separately, Donovan Group has promoted Gary Wintner to director of strategic planning and business development from senior account supervisor and Annica Ambrose to assistant account executive from media buyer. Peabody-based direct marketing firm Amergent has named Aram Bazarian account manager. Bazarian was formerly project manager for Digital Consulting. Meaghan Muir has been promoted to senior account coordinator at Nicoll Public Relations in Sharon. Fuse Integrated Marketing in Newburyport has appointed J.D. Norman marketing manager. Norman most recently was director of marketing at BCN Productions. Schneider & Associates has named Laurel Keith and Jeffrey Loucks vice presidents. Keith was formerly a group manager of the consumer division, and Loucks was group manager of the business-to-business unit. Ted Grosso has been named national sales manager of New England Cable News in Newton and is responsible for developing national ad sales. He had been local sales manager at the network. Dennis O'Connor has joined Burke Advertising in Fitchburg as director of media relations. He had worked at The Hubbell Group, a public relations firm in Norwell. In 1995, he held senior field positions on the presidential campaign of Sen. Phil Gramm, including the post of New Hampshire press secretary. The New England Dairy Promotion Board and the New England Dairy and Food Council has named Gary Wheelock chief executive officer, Tracy Lynch director of marketing services, Marianne Humphrey director of communications and Nancy Sandbach director of nutrition education. Wheelock previously served as president of the board. Lynch most recently worked in the sales and marketing division of S.C. Johnson Wax in Seattle. Humphrey had been with Arnold Public Relations in Boston, where she worked on the McDonald's account. RHODE ISLAND David Duffy, president of Duffy & Shanley Advertising & Public Relations in Providence, has been named national chairman of the board of directors of the National Conference for Community and Justice in New York. ImageMakers in Providence has hired Susan Parker as customer liaison and Carol Pentleton as senior designer and writer.
