Separately, Paco Segovia was named executive creative director of the Madrid, Spain, office of JWT. He comes from Publicis, where he also served as executive creative director.
Hampel/Stefanides, New York, elevated four staffers to vice president: associate creative director Kirk Mosel, account supervisor Kevin Perlmutter, art director Tom Kane and controller Kris Johnston. The agency also promoted Andy Hervey to account executive from assistant account executive.
