Chancellor Media named Chad Haldeman director of sales for its radio station holdings in Denver. Haldeman was previously local sales manager for KXKL-FM and KRRF-AM in Denver.

Quillin & Co. Advertising and Public Relations in Las Vegas added Eric Meidenbauer to its creative department as a digital imaging specialist.
Maria Goode Costen was promoted to media director at Carol H. Williams Advertising in Oakland. Costen was previously an account supervisor for the shop.

TriAd, a Bend-based advertising, marketing and public relations agency, hired Mark Johnson as a copywriter and account coordinator.
McClenahan Bruer Communications, a Beaverton-based advertising and public relations agency specializing in high-tech accounts, added three new employees: technical writer Brian Santo, senior designer Meg Ferguson and production manager Pam Medley.

Universal Studios Home Video in Universal City named Linda Turner senior vice president, creative services, and Vincent Di Giulio vice president of marketing for retail sales.
TMP Worldwide, an online advertising agency recruitment network, promoted Lance Willis to vice president, regional manager. Previously general manager of the company’s North Hollywood office, Willis will now oversee the Seattle and Los Angeles divisions.
M\S Database Marketing in Los Angeles hired three new staff members: Kerry Donovan, director of client services; Terry Gerald, key account manager; and Jenny Lha, account supervisor.
WellPoint Health Networks in Woodland Hills hired Charles Curry as vice president of marketing and advertising for Unicare, its national operating unit.
The Ingram Micro Marketing Communications group in Santa Ana hired Victoria Grimes as a copywriter.
Principal Bill Dawson has stepped in as creative director/designer for Two Headed Monster in Santa Monica. The shop also hired designer Paul Westergard and executive producer Phyllis Nix.
Italia/Gal Advertising in Los Angeles hired Scott Stanner as an account planner.
John Andrews and Liz Seidman were named executive producers at Klasky Csupo Commercials, Hollywood.
Mark Kristol was named senior vice president at Universal Pictures in Universal City. Kristol was previously senior vice president, media and research, for Universal.
