COLORADO
Praco Advertising and Public Relations in Denver promoted Scott Leeper from senior advertising account executive to director of operations.
The LeGrand Group, an integrated marketing and communications company with offices in Denver and Colorado Springs, hired Eric Beteille as an account executive.
Chancellor Media named Chad Haldeman director of sales for its radio station holdings in Denver. Haldeman was previously local sales manager for KXKL-FM and KRRF-AM in Denver.

NEVADA
Quillin & Co. Advertising and Public Relations in Las Vegas added Eric Meidenbauer to its creative department as a digital imaging specialist.
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
Maria Goode Costen was promoted to media director at Carol H. Williams Advertising in Oakland. Costen was previously an account supervisor for the shop.

OREGON
TriAd, a Bend-based advertising, marketing and public relations agency, hired Mark Johnson as a copywriter and account coordinator.
McClenahan Bruer Communications, a Beaverton-based advertising and public relations agency specializing in high-tech accounts, added three new employees: technical writer Brian Santo, senior designer Meg Ferguson and production manager Pam Medley.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Universal Studios Home Video in Universal City named Linda Turner senior vice president, creative services, and Vincent Di Giulio vice president of marketing for retail sales.
TMP Worldwide, an online advertising agency recruitment network, promoted Lance Willis to vice president, regional manager. Previously general manager of the company’s North Hollywood office, Willis will now oversee the Seattle and Los Angeles divisions.
M\S Database Marketing in Los Angeles hired three new staff members: Kerry Donovan, director of client services; Terry Gerald, key account manager; and Jenny Lha, account supervisor.
WellPoint Health Networks in Woodland Hills hired Charles Curry as vice president of marketing and advertising for Unicare, its national operating unit.
The Ingram Micro Marketing Communications group in Santa Ana hired Victoria Grimes as a copywriter.
Principal Bill Dawson has stepped in as creative director/designer for Two Headed Monster in Santa Monica. The shop also hired designer Paul Westergard and executive producer Phyllis Nix.
Italia/Gal Advertising in Los Angeles hired Scott Stanner as an account planner.
John Andrews and Liz Seidman were named executive producers at Klasky Csupo Commercials, Hollywood.
Mark Kristol was named senior vice president at Universal Pictures in Universal City. Kristol was previously senior vice president, media and research, for Universal.
Bailey/Gardener Creative Communications in San Diego hired Marlena Reed as an assistant account executive.
The Young Co. in Santa Monica hired Sandy O’Toole as a public relations account supervisor.
Kristen McCracken was promoted to project manager/usability specialist at Echolink Interactive in San Diego. McCracken was previously a research specialist with the shop.
Scott Bramlett and Lee Harry joined Beverly Hills agency Seiniger Advertising Group as co-heads of its audio/visual department.
Jennifer Gilbert was promoted to vice president of strategic marketing for Dick Clark Corporate Productions, the communications subsidiary of Dick Clark Productions, Burbank.
Friedland Jacobs Communications, a Burbank-based entertainment and consumer advertising agency, hired Nathan Smith as an account executive.

UTAH
Penna Powers Cutting & Haynes, a Salt Lake City-based advertising and public relations agency, hired Barbara Ackroyd as an assistant account manager. The shop also hired Rand Mickelson as a public relations account coordinator.

WASHINGTON
Michael Ostrem was named senior vice president, administration, at Media Passage, a Seattle-based newspaper advertising planning, placement and payment service.
Color Service Group, a visual communications company in Seattle, promoted Bob Michaels to president. Michaels will oversee operations for all four of Color Service Group’s affiliate companies.
Copacino Advertising in Seattle added art director and designer Lori Andrusky to its creative staff.
Michele Andrus Dill was hired by Seattle-based Paradigm Communications Group as managing editor of Horizon Air magazine.
