Mike Frost has been named account supervisor at Peak/Biety in Tampa. Previously, Frost operated his own shop in Sarasota, Mike Frost Advertising, which grew to $3 million in billings in its two years in business.
The National Association of Real Estate Editors presented Laura Phillips Bennett, president of Bennett & Co. in Orlando, with its annual President’s Award.
Kelly Hebert has joined William Cook Public Relations in Jacksonville as a public relations assistant. Hebert was formerly in advertising sales and design at the Ponte Vedra Record.

John Mattes has been appointed national sales manager of Golfweek in Orlando. At Golfweek’s Strictly Business, John DeCesare has become national sales manager and Sandra Dolbow has arrived as senior writer.

David Rubinger, former editor of The Atlanta Business Chronicle, has joined the Atlanta office of Ketchum Public Relations as senior vice president. Rubinger will work with the agency’s account teams, helping with media strategies, crisis communications and business-to-business planning.
