TEXAS
Austin agency T3 hired two new employees and promoted a third staffer. New to the shop are account executive Rhonda Erwin and traffic manager Laura Stephenson, both formerly of SicolaMartin in Austin. Erwin was account manager there, while Stephenson was traffic manager and intern coordinator. Print production manager Jana Marwill was elevated to Internet producer.
Brent Huckaby joined Fort Worth’s Access as account services manager. He recently was in sales and marketing for national Internet service provider Verio, based in Englewood, Colo.
Professional Sports Publications, headquartered in New York, named Mark Faber director of its Southern regional office in Dallas. Faber formerly served as assistant vice president of marketing for the Dallas Cowboys and was senior vice president of college football with Host Communications, Dallas.
The Maxfield Group, Irving, added assistant media planner Paulette Bell, formerly a sales assistant with Katz Communications, Dallas, and a sales and marketing representative for The Movie Studios at Las Colinas, Irving.
The One Group, Dallas, hired account executive Alice Cantu. She previously was an account executive with The Balcom Agency in Fort Worth.
Hartycom (formerly Harty Communications), Dallas, enlisted account services director Brandon Alvarez-Montgomery and traffic production coordinator Amy Richmond. Both held positions at The Bagwell Agency, Fort Worth. Alvarez-Montgomery also worked at Artesia Waters, San Antonio.
American Airlines Publishing in Fort Worth appointed Sharon Wydur its director of marketing. Prior to joining AAP, Wydur was director of public relations and corporate communications for the Haggar Clothing Co. in Dallas.
Canmax, Irving, installed Scott Matthews as vice president of telecommunications development, sales and marketing. Canmax is a supplier of point-of-sale automation and telecommunications services.

ARKANSAS
Martin & Martin in Little Rock added account executive Kristie McCown and copy coordinator Amy Meins. McCown is a former account coordinator for Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods in Little Rock, while Meins served as sales publications editor at Fairfield Communities, also in Little Rock.
