Cordiant Communications Group in New York named Joe Eazor chief executive of its interactive buinesses, a new post.
He joins CCG from Electronic Data Systems, where he was chief strategist. CCG has interactive units in Singapore, Finland, the U.K., Brussels, Brazil and New York. The network’s headquarters are yet to be determined, but will be located in North America.
EPB Communications, New York, named Jonathan Frattaroli and Mark Abrams senior managing partners. Frattaroli had been a managing partner at the agency; Abrams was most recently a founding partner at Artustry in New York.
Robert Picunko joined Griffin Bacal, New York, as management supervisor on the interactive division of the Hasbro business. Picunko joined the agency from video game maker Acclaim, where he was marketing director.
Pedone & Partners, New York, added two staffers. Vicki Phon was named vice president, management supervisor working on the Goebel of North America, Hannaford Bros. and Steiff USA accounts; she was previously an account supervisor at Deutsch, also in New York. Glenn Cudaback joined the agency as an account executive working on the Goebel account; he most recently held that title at Deutsch.
Healthworld Corp., New York, named Herb Ehrenthal president and chief operating officer of global communications company GBHM Healthworld. He was previously head of Rubin Ehrenthal and Associates, Healthworld’s direct-to- consumer division.
Screenvision Cinema Network, New York, promoted Debora Stein to vice president, national sales director from vice president, East Coast sales director.
BSMG Worldwide in New York haspromoted three executives. Gail Heimann advanced to partner and chief creative officer at the New York office; Chris Broderick, who manages the firm’s business marketing practice, was named a principal; and Renƒ Mack was elevated to principal and head of the agency’s travel and lifestyle practice.
Sandy Blye joined Creative Marketing Plus, New York, as director of public relations. She was most recently director of fashion promotions at the Fur Information Council of America.
Alan Taylor Communications, New York, promoted five staffers and hired three. Ted Fragulis and Jonathan Schwartz advanced to account supervisor from senior account executive; Heather Kovins, Ryan Mucatel and Brian Wendel were all elevated to senior account executive from account executive. Brett Jewkes joined the agency as an account supervisor from Coltrin Associates, Denise Vitola arrived as an account executive from Stern + Associates and Rob Bronfeld was named account executive after working at Rubenstein Associates.
SFM Media, New York, promoted Elliot DeBear to senior vice president, business development from vice president, business development. Over the past year he helped the agency win new business including Office Depot, Outback Steakhouse and Haggar Clothing Co. Prior to joining
SFM Media in 1996, he was a partner and executive officer of The Media Department, a New York-based media buying service that he co-founded.
The American Advertising Federation in New York has appointed two District 2 officers. Joanne Davis, managing partner at Bozell Worldwide, was elected governor of District 2 and Linda Kelly, deputy director of corporate marketing at Dow Jones & Co., was named governor-elect. Davis, a former chairman of the Foundation of the Advertising Club of New York, succeeds Leslie Winthrop, managing partner at consultancy AAR/Bob Wolf Partners and a three-term District 2 governor, who is currently chairman.
Cooper Leder Marketing in Lake Success added eight staffers: assistant art director Cara Catanese, art director Allyson Jacobs, Internet programmers Lisa Leu and Wei Qian, Web designer Thomas Pellegrino, copywriter Michael Reiner, account executive Abhijit Satwalekar and administrative assistant Tyran Sullivan.
Jeffrey Killeen joined Forbes.com, New York, as chief executive officer, a newly created position. He was most recently chief operating officer at Barnesand-noble.com.
Michelle Myers joined Shape, New York, as advertising director. She was most recently group advertising manger at Mode and Girl.
Horizon Communications, East Hanover, added three staffers: Maria Frustaci was named studio artist; Megan Reider joined the agency as an assistant editor from Physicians Financial News, where she was an editorial assistant; and Christine Maikisch was appointed traffic manager after holding a similar position at Integrated Communications.
Shakira Morgan has joined Gianettino & Meredith, Short Hills, as an account coordinator working on the Shop Rite business. She was previously at Lucent Technologies, where she interned as a human resources account manager.

Steve Santangelo joined the agency as a partner after serving as senior vice president and director of strategic planning and research at Tierney & Partners in Philadelphia. Jeffrey Perkins was named director of manufacturing; he was most recently at The Brownstein Group
