Janice McDonough-Payton transferred from the agency's Atlanta office to become broadcast buying manager in Tampa. GEORGIA Atlanta's Crawford Communications promoted Paul Hansil to executive vice president and chief operating officer, Jim Schuster to senior vice president and Craig Heyl to vice president of post-production services in the company's FilmGroup subsidiary. Susan James has been named vice president and general counsel, a new position. Pollak Levitt & Nel in Atlanta has promoted Mickey Cohen and assigned Schuyler Wickes to account supervisor posts. The Atlanta office of WestWayne hired Erik Harbison as senior media planner, Samantha Hickson as media receptionist and administrator, Nicole McNair as senior media planner, Karrie Hanson as account executive, Elise Edmands as assistant brand planner, Denise Cajigal-Plasencia as assistant account executive, and Kristi Kirkeide and Elizabeth Proctor as account coordinators.
