LookSmart, San Francisco, has named Dakota Sullivan as vice president of marketing. Sullivan has been involved in building some of technology’s most successful brands, including Lucent, Digital, AT&T and most recently, Verio.

Katsin/Loeb Advertising Inc., San Francisco, has expanded its management team by naming Jonathan Blake to the newly created position of group account director. Blake will supervise the agency’s marketing efforts for two new accounts.
