Riester-Robb in Phoenix hired John Willie as chief operating officer. Willie was most recently vice president of client relationship management at Continental Promotion Group.


Praco in Colorado Springs hired Jay Zaludek as advertising supervisor to lead the agency’s healthcare account group. Previously, Zaludek was a senior account executive for Lavidge & Baumayr Communications and Riester-Robb, both in Phoenix.

BVP Media in Englewood hired Megan Cranston as an assistant producer. Cranston is responsible for maintaining the production schedule, hiring all freelance crew for productions and assisting the producers during specific jobs.


Ad-Lib Creative in San Francisco hired John Marin, formerly of Euro RSCG DSW Partners, as creative director. The agency also hired Susan Grant as media director and Natalie Pierce as account executive. Ad-Lib’s client roster includes Wells Fargo Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Panagraph in Fresno has appointed or promoted four employees in design and account service. Jennifer Chipperfield, who has managed public relations campaigns for Coors Brewing, Ogden Entertainment and other companies, was named PR manager. Melissa Farris comes aboard as a marketing coordinator. Vauna Green joins as a film/video producer and director. And Lisa Repasky was hired as a senior graphic artist.


Leopold Ketel & Partners in Portland hired David Brooks, a senior copywriter with more than 18 years of radio and TV copywriting and production experience. The shop also hired art director Brian Dixon, art director/senior graphic designer Amy Keck and production manager Andrew Cook.

Craig Hadorn has left Euro RSCG DSW Partners in Salt Lake City to serve as associate art director at Robley Marketing in Portland. Hadorn, whose work has been featured in The One Show, worked on Intel, Pointserve.com and other accounts at DSW, and will help with the Pendleton Woolen Mills, Portland Business Journal and other accounts at Robley.


ON Marketing, an advertising, public relations and marketing company in Long Beach, promoted Ena Aguilar to account executive. Aguilar, who joined the shop as director of the internship program in October 1999, will now work on multicultural accounts.

Drasnin Communications in San Diego hired Regina G. Purcell as senior account executive. She will be responsible for strategizing, developing and maintaining media relations for all national clients.


The Seattle office of DDB promoted Ann Marie Ricard to public relations account supervisor in the Emerging Technologies Group and Nancy Gardner and Sunny Lauritzen both to PR senior account executive.
