TEXAS The Nelson Group in Fort Worth promoted Natalie Powell to account executive. The former Nelson account representative has been with the company for a year, working on the Midas Rex LP and Baylor University accounts. Robert Bulger was elevated to senior digital artist at Witherspoon & Associates in Fort Worth. Bulger joined the staff of Witherspoon in 1996 as a production artist after working as production manager for The Business Press, also Fort Worth. AvreaFoster, Dallas, recently installed Mark Davis as vice president of client services and Don Roy as vice president of creative services. Previously, Davis was a director at Targetbase Marketing in Irving, while Roy arrived after running Don Roy Creative in Dallas. Also new to AvreaFoster are account executive Melissa Marcos, formerly with Targetbase Marketing, assistant account executive Apryl Dominguez from DDB Needham Dallas and senior art director Alan Atwell. Atwell was with Larkin, Meeder & Schweidel in Dallas. Fogarty Klein & Partners, Houston, hired Kathy May as account manager and promoted two staff members. Account supervisor Dana Dowler was moved up from senior account executive, while Jane Finney rose from assistant account executive to account manager. Publicis/Bloom in Dallas made four new employee hires: principal and management supervisor Scott Pevey, media planner Brian McClain, assistant broadcast negotiator Lindsey Horton and copywriter Steve Grimes. Charlieuniformtango, the post-production facility located in Dallas, hired Gigi Cone as editor. Reliant Data Systems, Austin, appointed Jordan Brunger vice president of marketing. Brunger joins Reliant from Tivoli Systems, also Austin, where he was marketing director. Nancy Hunter Clement and Susan Tietz recently joined radio station KRBE-FM in Houston as sales account executives. Clement previously worked in commercial printing sales, while Tietz was employed in the telecommunications industry. Robert Brus was named environmental community relations director at S&C Advertising & Public Relations. Brus, who spent 28 years as a public affairs officer in the U.S. Air Force, has been with the San Antonio-based company since 1995. The Beaird Agency, Dallas, shifted Denise Jordan to account services director, after she served two years as an account supervisor at the agency. The Bagwell Agency in Dallas recently promoted Perry Johnson Jr. to the post of account executive and Julie Paxton to media planner and buyer. Johnson has been with the agency since 1995 and Paxton has been on staff since 1996. The shop also brought in Katrina Davis, who previously served as traffic manager at PGC Advertising in Dallas, as traffic production coordinator. ARKANSAS Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods in Little Rock recently hired two new employees: senior art director Diana Nichols and account coordinator Brent Williams. Nichols was with Bice Advertising in Hattiesburg, Miss., while Williams joined CJRW from the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department's public relations division in Little Rock. Both Nichols and Williams were assigned duties on the agency's Alltell account.
