Money News: Dobbs Returning To CNN

After two years away, Lou Dobbs will return to the Cable News Network as anchor and managing editor of CNN’s “Moneyline News Hour” and lead news anchor for CNN U.S. and CNNfn, which will be folded into a renamed news program called “CNN Money” this year.

Dobbs is expected to return to CNN on May 14 in an effort to bolster flagging ratings of the network’s signature business show. He joined CNN at its inception in 1980 and became anchor of “Moneyline News Hour” that year.
