Lisa Martocci has joined Avon, Conn.-based independent marketing agency Mintz & Hoke as an account coordinator. She will be responsible for overseeing print, interactive and direct marketing on various accounts. She had been an assistant account executive at Williams & House, also in Avon. Mintz clients include Mohegan Sun, Pratt & Whitney and YoCrunch Yogurt.
