BOSTON Mintz & Hoke has unveiled a print campaign and Web site update for ChimeNet. The work from the independent agency in Avon, Conn., is designed to generate leads for the client among CEOs and other key business decision makers.

Wallingford, Conn.-based ChimeNet is already well established in the hospital network arena. A goal of the campaign is to position the company in other fields such as legal, accounting, retail and manufacturing. The client develops and manages secure computer networks for companies seeking to safeguard critical information.

A series of monochrome print ads are tagged “Secure connectivity simplified” and use headlines such as “Feelin’ Lucky?” to entice prospects to call a toll or free number or visit the client’s site for additional information.

The ads will appear mainly in Connecticut trade publications. Spending will likely be in the six-figure range.

Chris Knopf and Jim Lewis severed as copywriters on the print effort, teamed with art director Bonnie Hollant. Creative director Eulah Sheffield oversaw the Web site redesign. The agency added the account in July.
