The Meridian Group has appointed Jim Tierney account manager. Tierney will oversee the shop’s St. Augustine, Fla., office and manage the St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and the Beaches, Visitors and Convention Bureau accounts. He previously served as director of sales and marketing at the Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront. Separately, four new employees have been added to the agency’s office in Virginia Beach, Va. Lisa Spilka has been named an art director on the consumer team.
