Over the last couple of years restaurant chain McDonald’s has found hiring in the Baltic regions tough with a large turnover in staff witnessed across its restaurants. Teams have predominantly been made up of youngsters and students who perhaps also remain in one place of work for a year or less.

To paint itself as an inclusive place of work to all members of society, the fast-food brand has released a campaign to raise awareness of its positives as an employer across the country.
