Back in April, McDonald’s announced the impending arrival of the BTS Meal with major fanfare. Supporters of the K-pop sensation quickly catapulted the news to the top of social media trends, setting the pace for what was already poised to be one of the burger chain’s biggest celebrity partnerships to date.
