LOS ANGELES After eight years at Universal Pictures and Aspect Group, William Loper has returned to Columbia TriStar as its executive vice president of creative advertising in the motion picture group.

His first campaign will be for Radio, starring Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Ed Harris. Loper reports to Josh Goldstine, president of creative advertising for CTMPG in Culver City, Calif.

The former president of integrated marketing at Aspect, Loper orchestrated co-branded advertising for Men in Black 2/Burger King, Tomb Raider 2/Jeep, Terminator 3/Toyota and S.W.A.T./Nextel.
