ATLANTA – Long Haymes Carr in Winston-Salem, N.C., signed its first retail client in Lowes Food Stores. The grocery chain, previously with Trone Advertising in Greensboro, N.C., has an estimated ad budget of $10-20 million, sources said.
Lowes talked with other undisclosed agencies, said client president Margaret Urquhart, who has served on various boards with Long Haymes Carr (LHC) chairman and chief executive officer Steve Zades.
“We were happy with the positioning we had with Trone,” Urquhart said.
