MADISON, WIS. – Laughlin/Constable, Milwaukee, retained the $4-million Wisconsin Tourism business after a pitch that included an out-of-state shop for the first time in the state’s history. Laughlin/Constable’s contract is for one year with an option of renewing for two more years.
