MADISON, WIS. – Laughlin/Constable, Milwaukee, retained the $4-million Wisconsin Tourism business after a pitch that included an out-of-state shop for the first time in the state’s history. Laughlin/Constable’s contract is for one year with an option of renewing for two more years. Other contenders were Milwaukee agencies Hoffman, York & Compton; and Willim Eisner & Associates; Mequon Wis.-based Birdsall Voss & Kloppenburg; and Chicago based lois U.S.A., which pitched in conjunction with Aaron D. Cushman & Associates, a Chicago-based pr firm.
