Porter Novelli has elevated Bill Kolberg to general manager of its Los Angeles office. He replaces Steve Jursa, senior partner and global convergence practice leader, who was serving as the acting general manager in L.A. In addition to overseeing L.A. operations, Kolberg will head the consumer and food practices, working with clients such as The Jim Henson Company, Weider Nutrition, Danone Waters of North America, Mattel and Oral-B Laboratories.
