Narrows Review List to 3 Shops
CHICAGO–Kemper Insurance Companies has narrowed to three the list of agencies being considered for its $10-12 million advertising account.
Still in the running are Cramer-Krasselt, Chicago, and Carmichael Lynch and Martin/Williams, both in Minneapolis.
A decision is expected in late May.
The agencies will present creative ideas and strategic concepts, said Joel Borgardt, vice president of corporate marketing for the Long Grove, Ill., client.
“We’re asking them for a flavor of their approach,” Borgardt said.
Chicago consultant Jones-Lundin Associates is handling the review. Incumbent agency Kemper Lesnik Communications, a Chicago public relations shop, withdrew in the review’s preliminary stages.
