NEW YORK JWT has added one executive creative director and two associate creative directors to its New York staff.

Walt Connelly, 45, will be executive creative director, along with Jeremy Postaer and Peter Nicholson, who joined in February. Connelly was previously global executive creative director on Microsoft at McCann Erickson in San Francisco. At JWT, he will partner with creative director Toby Barlow and oversee the HSBC, Novell, Schick and Unilever accounts.

Associate creative directors Robert Rasmussen, 36, an art director, and Andrew Ault, 33, a copywriter, join as a team.
