Flycast Communications, San Francisco, has hired two new executives: former business consultant Jeff Lehman becomes vice president of media sales and Fred Ciamaraglia becomes vp of engineering. He held the same post at Eloquent, San Mateo, Calif. Wink Communications, Alameda, Calif., also said it had hired two executives: Reed Spiegel joins the company as vp of consumer electronics development and Mike Gannon was named vp of advertising sales. Spiegel was involved with the launch of DirecTV in 1994 and Gannon previously worked in cable and network television Dave Earley was promoted to director of business development at E! Online, Los Angeles. Earley had been the company’s senior manager of enhanced media.
