Rives Carlberg has hired Mike Hulsey as director of broadcast and senior producer. Prior to joining the Houston-based shop, Hulsey completed two television pilots for the production company Green Living. Rives also has added Leigh Lowery as a broadcast production coordinator. Lowery joins the shop from Miami’s WFOR, where she worked as an account executive.
