Exec Pleads Guilty in Printing-Industry Investigation

NEW YORK—Federal prosecutors investigating alleged fraudulent billing practices in the printing industry netted a third guilty plea last week, as Bertram Cohen, owner of Darbert Offset, a New York-based graphics supplier, pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges associated with mail fraud and tax evasion, sources said. Cohen will be sentenced in January and faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Also last week, Howard Marlin, the owner and CEO of Caysun Graphics Ltd.,
